Summary
This study looks at whether having fellow doctors trained in Mental Health First Aid can help first-year medical residents feel better mentally. About 520 residents in Lyon, France, will take part. Researchers will compare the well-being of those who have access to trained peers with those who don't, checking for improvements in burnout, depression, and anxiety over a year.
