Summary

This study aims to find out if adjusting workout schedules based on a woman's menstrual cycle improves fitness and performance. It will involve 111 healthy, active women with regular cycles who will follow different training plans for 12 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in fitness, strength, body composition, and hormone levels to provide evidence-based advice for female athletes.
