Summary

This study looks at whether planning workouts around menstrual cycle phases improves fitness in female athletes. About 111 healthy women who exercise regularly will be placed into different training groups for 12 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in aerobic fitness, muscle strength, and body composition to give clear, evidence-based advice on training schedules.
