Summary
This study is testing a surgery called meniscus root repair for people with a specific type of knee tear. Researchers want to see if the surgery helps patients return to activity and slows down arthritis. About 55 adults aged 18 to 65 will take part. The goal is to find out if this surgery works well and who might have worse results.
