Summary

This study follows 55 adults aged 18-65 who have a specific type of meniscus tear (root tear) and undergo a repair surgery called transtibial pullout. The goal is to see if the surgery improves knee function and delays arthritis. Participants will be tracked for up to 2 years using activity scores and X-rays.
