New surgical technique aims to save knees from arthritis
NCT ID NCT03037242
Summary
This study is testing a specific surgical repair technique for meniscus root tears, which are serious knee injuries. Researchers will follow 55 patients aged 18-65 to see if this repair improves knee function and activity levels. They also want to determine if the surgery can delay the development of arthritis in the affected knee compartment.
