Knee surgery breakthrough: stitching meniscus to ligament

Summary
This study tests a new surgical method for meniscal root tears, where the torn meniscus is stitched to the posterior cruciate ligament. The goal is to restore knee stability and prevent arthritis. About 59 adults aged 18-50 will be followed for 2 years with MRI and ultrasound to check healing.
