Summary
This study tests a new vaccine designed to protect against four types of meningococcal bacteria that can cause serious infections like meningitis. Around 1,600 healthy children and teens aged 2 to 17 in China will receive either the new vaccine or a currently approved one. Researchers will compare how well each vaccine triggers the immune system and check for any side effects.
