First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 27 times

Summary

This study tested a single dose of an investigational meningitis vaccine (MenACYW) in 447 healthy people aged 12 months and older in Vietnam. The goal was to see how well the vaccine triggered the body's defenses against four types of meningococcal bacteria and to check for any side effects. Results showed the vaccine produced a strong immune response and was generally safe, with most side effects being mild and temporary.
