NCT ID NCT07479914
First seen Mar 22, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 6 times
Summary
This study tests whether learning memory tricks (like mnemonics) can improve thinking and memory in adults over 50 who have mild memory worries. About 80 participants will be split into two groups: one gets structured memory training with daily practice, the other just receives general information. Researchers will check if the training group shows better cognitive scores after 6 and 9 months, and whether factors like blood markers or brain scans affect results.
