Summary
This study looks at whether taking melatonin or vitamin D can help prevent heart damage in women with breast cancer who are receiving the chemotherapy drug doxorubicin. About 90 women will be randomly assigned to receive melatonin, vitamin D, or a placebo alongside their cancer treatment. The goal is to see if these supplements can reduce the risk of heart problems caused by doxorubicin.
