Summary

This study looks at whether placing melatonin directly into the tooth socket after removing an impacted wisdom tooth can help reduce pain, swelling, and improve bone healing. Twenty healthy adults aged 18 to 40 will take part. The goal is to see if this simple addition to standard care can make recovery easier.
