This study tests a slow-release melatonin (PedPRM) in 120 children and teens aged 6-18 with anorexia nervosa who have trouble sleeping. Participants take either melatonin or a placebo nightly for 13 weeks. The goal is to see if it safely improves total sleep time and related symptoms like anxiety and quality of life.
