This study is testing a smartphone app called MedlyPeds that lets kids with heart disease send daily health updates to their doctors from home. About 30 children aged 8-18 with various heart conditions will use the app for 3 months. The goal is to see if the app is easy to use and helpful for patients, parents, and doctors, so it can be improved for future use.
