First seen Jul 16, 2026 · Last updated Jul 17, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study tests whether following a Mediterranean-style diet for just one week can improve mood and mental wellbeing in healthy UK adults who usually eat a low-Mediterranean diet. Participants attend an educational session on Mediterranean eating principles and then follow the diet for 7 days without restricting calories. Researchers measure changes in mood and wellbeing using standard questionnaires.
