Summary
This study looked at how cancer treatment changes patients' sense of taste and smell, and how that affects their ability to follow a healthy Mediterranean diet. Researchers tracked 116 patients before and after 9 weeks of treatment. The goal is to understand these changes so better foods can be created to help patients eat well and avoid malnutrition.
