Summary
This study tests whether a Mediterranean diet, adapted for Chinese tastes, can reduce depression symptoms in 90 Hong Kong adults with moderate to severe depression. Participants will follow the diet and report their mood and diet quality using frequent phone surveys. The study also looks at how gut bacteria might link diet and mood.
