Summary
This study tests whether a Mediterranean diet adapted for Hong Kong Chinese adults can reduce depressive symptoms. 90 adults with moderate to severe depression will follow the diet or a control group, with mood tracked via frequent phone surveys. Researchers will also examine if changes in gut bacteria explain any mood improvements.
