Summary

This study looks at how meditation practice influences attention and emotion regulation in healthy adults aged 25 to 70. Researchers use brain scans (MRI, MEG, EEG) and stress biomarkers to understand the changes. The goal is to identify the mechanisms behind meditation's benefits for mental well-being.
