Summary
This study looked at whether medical cannabis can reduce nerve pain and inflammation in people with HIV. Thirty-five adults with HIV and neuropathic pain used medical cannabis with different levels of THC and CBD. Researchers tracked changes in pain scores and blood markers of inflammation over 14 weeks.
