Summary
This study tests a short, structured conversation program for people with heart disease in cardiac rehabilitation. The goal is to help them find meaning in life and reduce emotional distress. About 80 patients and their relatives in Denmark will try one of three formats: individual, with a partner, or in a group. Researchers will check if the program is practical and helpful.
