Could when you eat slow MS? scientists test meal Timing's brain impact
NCT ID NCT07475377
Summary
This study aims to understand if restricting daily eating to a specific time window affects brain health and inflammation in adults with multiple sclerosis (MS). Researchers will assign 22 participants to either eat all their food within an 8-hour window or over 12+ hours each day for 12 weeks. The study will measure blood markers related to brain health, inflammation, and body clocks to see if meal timing is a factor in MS.
