Summary

This study tests if eating only within an 8-hour window each day (time-restricted eating) can reduce treatment side effects and improve quality of life for people with solid tumors starting adjuvant therapy after surgery. The goal is to find a simple, safe way to help patients feel better and stay on track with their cancer therapy.
