Summary
This study tests if eating all meals within an 8-hour window each day (time-restricted eating) can reduce side effects and improve quality of life for people starting cancer treatment after surgery. Researchers will enroll 50 adults with solid tumors who are about to begin chemotherapy, radiation, or other therapies. The goal is to find a simple, sustainable way to help patients feel better during treatment.
