Summary
This study looks at whether the time you eat each day can affect brain health in people with multiple sclerosis. Researchers will ask 22 adults with MS to eat only during certain hours and track their meals using a smartphone. They will measure markers of nerve health and inflammation in the blood. A small group will also get brain scans to see if meal timing affects inflammation in the brain.
