Summary

This study tests whether MDMA-assisted therapy can help veterans who have both PTSD and alcohol use disorder. About 80 veterans will receive either MDMA or a low-dose placebo during three therapy sessions. The goal is to see if this approach reduces PTSD symptoms and drinking.
