First seen May 23, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026

Summary

This study looks at whether patients with a thickened heart muscle condition can safely switch from one medication (mavacamten) to a newer one (aficamten). About 40 adults currently taking mavacamten will be monitored for side effects and heart function changes. The goal is to see if the switch is safe and effective in controlling the disease.
