First seen Nov 19, 2025 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 19 times
Summary
This study is for people with advanced cancers (like lymphoma or solid tumors) that have a specific genetic change called an NF2 mutation. The drug defactinib works by blocking a protein (FAK) that helps these cancer cells grow. Researchers want to see if the drug can shrink tumors or stop them from growing. About 35 adults are taking part in this phase II trial.
