Summary
This study tested whether a gentle neck massage, given three times a week for eight weeks, could help people with epilepsy feel more confident managing their condition and reduce symptoms. It also looked at whether the massage eased the burden on caregivers. The study involved 96 adults with epilepsy and their caregivers at a Turkish hospital. Results are based on questionnaires before and after the massage program.
