Summary
This study looks at how working night shifts changes the bacteria in your gut, which might increase the risk of certain diseases. Researchers will compare the gut bacteria of 12 healthy male night shift workers and day workers over time. The goal is to understand how sleep and work schedules affect the body's natural daily rhythms and overall health.
