Summary
This study looked at two different heart mapping systems, RHYTHMIA and CARTO, used during repeat ablation procedures for atrial fibrillation (a type of irregular heartbeat). The goal was to see which system could better find gaps from previous treatments and help prevent the condition from coming back. The study involved 49 adults with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation who needed a second ablation.
