Hands-On healing: could a massage before your workout make you stronger?
NCT ID NCT06871202
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looks at whether manual therapy (like massage or joint mobilization) can improve physical and sports performance in healthy, active adults. Researchers will measure strength, flexibility, and other body responses before and after a therapy session. The goal is to see if these hands-on techniques do more than just help with recovery.
