Summary

This pilot study tests whether manual lymphatic drainage (a gentle massage technique) can reduce migraine pain and improve quality of life. Twenty adults aged 20-55 who have migraines at least 4 times per month will receive either the massage or no treatment. Researchers will measure pain, disability, and sleep changes over several weeks.
