Summary

This pilot study tests whether manual lymphatic drainage (MLD), a gentle massage technique, can reduce migraine pain and improve quality of life. Twenty adults with frequent migraines will receive either MLD or standard care. Researchers will measure pain, disability, and sleep changes to see if this drug-free approach is worth further study.
