Promising new combo aims to control mantle cell lymphoma early

Summary
This study tests a three-drug combination (ZGR) as the first treatment for people with mantle cell lymphoma who have not had any prior therapy. About 37 adults aged 18 to 80 will receive the drugs, and those at higher risk may also get CAR-T cell therapy followed by maintenance drugs. The goal is to see how well this approach controls the cancer and keeps it from coming back.
