Summary
This study looks at stored tissue samples from 160 adults with mantle cell lymphoma whose cancer came back or didn't respond to initial chemotherapy and rituximab. Researchers want to find genetic and cellular clues that explain why the cancer becomes resistant. The goal is to better understand the disease, not to test a new treatment.
