First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 25 times
Summary
This study looks at whether eating 1.5 cups of fresh mango every day for 12 weeks can help control blood sugar, cholesterol, and inflammation in adults with prediabetes. About 31 participants will eat mango for 12 weeks, take a break, then avoid mango for another 12 weeks so researchers can compare the effects. The goal is to see if this simple dietary change can improve key markers of heart and metabolic health.
