Summary

This study looked at whether doing mandala coloring along with a simple relaxation exercise (called Benson Relaxation) could help lower stress and anxiety in people caring for a loved one in a palliative care clinic. 68 caregivers took part. The goal was to see if these easy, non-drug activities could improve their mental well-being.
