NCT ID NCT07448636
First seen Mar 09, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 12 times
Summary
This study looks at whether coloring mandalas can help reduce anxiety and tiredness, and improve breastfeeding confidence and mother-baby bonding in women who had a C-section. About 140 new mothers will either color mandalas twice a week for 5 weeks or receive standard care. Researchers will measure their anxiety, fatigue, breastfeeding self-efficacy, and attachment at several points over 6 weeks.
