Summary

This study tests whether adding olanzapine to standard nausea care helps head and neck cancer patients maintain their appetite and weight during chemoradiation. About 66 adults will be randomly assigned to receive either olanzapine plus standard care or standard care alone. The main goal is to see if olanzapine reduces weight loss and other side effects.
