Summary
This study looks at whether adding olanzapine to standard nausea care can help head and neck cancer patients maintain their appetite and weight during chemoradiation. About 66 adults with head and neck cancer who are getting chemoradiation will take olanzapine or a placebo alongside usual care. The main goal is to see if olanzapine reduces weight loss and other side effects.
