Summary
This study tests a 12-week group program called Mama Empoderada, designed to support Spanish-speaking mothers of children aged 6 or younger. The goal is to prevent depression, anxiety, and parenting stress while boosting confidence. About 20 mothers will participate in person or online, and researchers will measure changes in their well-being and parenting skills.
