Summary
This study tested giving infants antimalarial medicine alongside their routine vaccinations to prevent malaria. Over 94,000 children in Mozambique, Sierra Leone, and Togo received up to 6 doses during their first two years. The goal was to see if this approach is practical and effective in reducing malaria cases and hospital visits.
