Summary
This large study tested giving infants up to 6 doses of a malaria preventive medicine alongside their regular vaccinations during the first two years of life. Over 94,000 children in Mozambique, Sierra Leone, and Togo took part. The goal was to see if this approach could reduce malaria cases and hospital visits in a practical, low-cost way.
