First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 29 times
Summary
This study looked at whether mailing self-test kits for HPV (the virus that can cause cervical cancer) could help more women get screened. It involved nearly 2,500 minority and underserved women who were overdue for screening. The goal was to see if a simple at-home test could make screening easier and more accessible.
