Summary

This study is testing whether magnesium L-threonate, a form of magnesium that can reach the brain, improves sleep, recovery, and athletic performance in 100 UCLA varsity athletes aged 18-35. Participants take either the supplement or a placebo nightly for 4 weeks while wearing a WHOOP strap to track sleep and heart rate. The goal is to see if this supplement can help athletes recover better from training.
