New eye surgery technique tested for better hole closure

Summary
This study compares two surgical techniques to repair large macular holes, a condition that blurs central vision. Twenty participants will receive either a Tenon capsule graft or an internal limiting membrane flap during surgery. The goal is to see which method leads to better vision improvement and hole closure, measured with advanced eye scans.
