First seen Feb 22, 2026 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 13 times
Summary
This early-stage trial tests a custom-made vaccine for people with Lynch syndrome, a genetic condition that raises cancer risk. The vaccine uses the patient's own immune cells to target unique cancer markers. The goal is to see if it's safe and can train the body to fight off tumors before they appear. Only 13 participants without active cancer will be enrolled.
