NCT ID NCT05419011
First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated Apr 28, 2026 · Updated 19 times
Summary
This study tests a combination of two experimental vaccines (Tri-Ad5 and N-803) to see if they can prevent colon cancer and other cancers in people with Lynch syndrome, a genetic condition that raises cancer risk. The vaccines train the immune system to recognize and destroy precancerous cells. About 186 participants will receive either the vaccine combo or a placebo, and researchers will track how many develop colon growths or cancer over time.
