First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 29 times
Summary
This study looks at whether removing lymph nodes during surgery for upper tract urothelial cancer helps prevent the cancer from coming back. About 94 adults with this cancer will be randomly assigned to have standard surgery with or without lymph node removal. Researchers will track cancer recurrence and survival over two years to find out if the extra step makes a difference.
