Summary

This study tested a new drug (LY2157299) alone or with standard chemotherapy (lomustine) in 158 adults whose glioblastoma brain cancer had returned after initial treatment. The goal was to see if the new drug could help people live longer or slow tumor growth. Results are not yet available, but the trial is complete.
